Delivery & collection

Getting your equipment to site

We supply businesses across South Africa. Delivery cost and lead time are quoted per order so you always know what to expect.

How it works

Order confirmation

Once you place an order or accept a quote, we confirm availability, the final total and the payment details in writing.

Delivery arrangement

We arrange delivery to your premises. Cost and lead time depend on the product size, weight and destination, and are confirmed before payment.

Handover

On arrival, inspect your equipment with the driver. Let us know immediately if anything is not as expected so we can resolve it with the supplier.

Delivery areas and indicative lead times

We ship from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape and deliver to all nine provinces — Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West. Lead times below are working-day estimates from the date payment reflects and stock is confirmed.

Delivery costs

Because our range runs from countertop units to mobile food trailers, delivery is quoted per order in South African Rand rather than as a flat rate. Your quote is priced on the actual or volumetric weight, the number of items, the destination and whether a tail-lift or extra hands are needed for off-loading. We confirm the delivery amount in writing before you pay — there are no surprise charges after the fact.

  • • Small and countertop items travel by national courier, door to door.
  • • Bulky refrigeration, bakery and butchery equipment travels by road freight on a pallet.
  • • Trailers and oversized units are quoted individually, including transport or collection.
  • • Kerbside delivery is standard; off-loading and positioning on site is your responsibility.

Collection from Mossel Bay

Collection is free from 33 voorloper Cres, Mossel Bay, South Africa 6500. Tell us at checkout or on your quote request and we will confirm the readiness date. Please bring your invoice number and ID, come with a vehicle suited to the item, and collect during trading hours.

Site access and preparation

  • • Confirm door widths, passages and lift access for large refrigeration and bakery units.
  • • Have staff available to receive and position heavy equipment on arrival.
  • • Check your power supply, plug type and single- vs three-phase requirements beforehand.
  • • Use a qualified electrician or gas practitioner for connection and commissioning.
  • • Inspect all items and note any damage on the delivery note before signing.

Damaged or short deliveries

Check the number of parcels against the delivery note and inspect for transit damage while the driver is still on site. Record any damage or shortage on the delivery note and report it to us within 24 hours so we can lodge a claim with the carrier. Full detail is in our returns & refunds policy.

Warranty and support

Warranty terms differ per item and supplier, and are confirmed on your quote or invoice. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase — see our warranty and claim process and our terms & conditions of sale.
